Hello, my name is Ruslan Tula and I’m the Owner of the Tula Digital Marketing. I started out in 2014 and today I specialize in PPC (Pay Per Click) and PPV (Pay Per View) advertising systems. Since then, I have amassed loads of experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads, Apple Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Reddit Ads, Pinterest Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc. while keeping to the Performance Marketing approach. Simply put, marketing that can be measured along with results-oriented marketing.

I’ve been working in this field for a while now, starting out as a freelancer back in 2014. Back then I was mostly working with SEO promotion and PPC advertising with Google Ads and Yandex.Direct. At the end of 2018, Tula Digital Marketing received the status of Google Partner, and in 2019 it was recognized as a Google Premier Partner (the top 3% of agencies around the world who work with Google Ads). I also won the Best PPC Specialist award in the Golden Spear competition in 2019. And in 2021, I received the status of a Facebook Ads Partner and Bing Ads Partner.

I’m an optimizer by nature, so I’m constantly developing myself professionally and work continuously in developing our clients’ accounts.
